2. About Arquiro Flights

Arquiro Flights is an independent third-party travel agency. We are not affiliated with, owned by, or endorsed by Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, or any other carrier. We act as an intermediary to help you search and book flights operated by these airlines.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this site, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

4. Booking Process and Accuracy

• Fares are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice.
• You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information. Errors may result in additional fees or inability to travel.
• A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number.
• Pricing shown on our website is in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

5. Service Fees

Arquiro Flights charges a service fee for booking assistance. This fee is disclosed clearly before you complete your purchase. Service fees are generally non-refundable.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Most tickets are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of booking if travel is more than 7 days away (per DOT regulations).
• Refund eligibility beyond 24 hours depends on the fare rules of the operating airline.
• Our service fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Airline Policies

All flights are operated by Delta Air Lines or United Airlines. Their terms, baggage policies, boarding rules, and conditions of carriage apply to your travel. Arquiro Flights is not responsible for airline-imposed changes, delays, cancellations, or denied boarding.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose
• Make fraudulent bookings
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Impersonate another person or entity

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arquiro Flights is not liable for: airline delays or cancellations, denied boarding, lost baggage, indirect or consequential damages, or any losses arising from your use of this website. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee you paid.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Arquiro Flights harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
